Hi everyone,

The ball season is over and school has resumed.  So, that means we are ready to have our year end ball meeting.  It has been scheduled for September 16, at 6:30 pm at the shelter house in Pemberville.

Please plan on attending and notify the parents of the kids that were on your team in case they would like to attend.   

We will be having pizza and drinks.  Please rsvp by Sept 15 so that we will have an adequate amount of food and beverages on hand. 

Also, please bring all ball equipment and keys with you to the meeting.

Things we need to discuss at this meeting are:
     Umpires
     Ball diamond lay-out
     Keeping teams teams together
     U-8 boys teams joining with other groups besides just the Pemberville,
        Luckey, Webster, and Woodville teams
     Future of the ball diamonds
     Election of officers
