[Pbsacoaches] Online practice field signup and other things

Last year we had pretty good success with putting the practice schedules 
and game schedules online.

This year I would like to do the same thing and go one step farther this 
year.   Last year we asked the coaches to email requests for practice 
field reservations to secretary@pembervilleball.org - and you can still 
do that if you want.

This year we are going to try letting you schedule your own practice 
fields online.

You should have received an invitation in your email with a link to a 
Google calender.   There are 4 separate calenders - one for each of the 
ball diamonds and one for the batting cage.   Creating an event is 
pretty simple - click on the date and time you want and fill in some 
basic information.    Please include the Coaches name in the event 
description.

If you can recall what you signed up for at the coaches meeting please 
fill it in on the online schedule. 

A word of caution...  Yes - you can blow away and move events other 
coaches have scheduled - please don't do that.  The calender does track 
who made changes and I will get even :-)

A few other things that we need to know from you:

If you are a head coach and need keys for the storage building.
If you do not have equipment or are missing equipment.
Shirt colors (shirt / lettering) and Cap (color / brim / letter color) 
if you did not tell us at the coaches meeting.
What color you want pants / socks to be I will put that on the website 
(pants / socks are not supplied by PBSA).
