Last year we had pretty good success with putting the practice schedules
and game schedules online.
This year I would like to do the same thing and go one step farther this
year. Last year we asked the coaches to email requests for practice
field reservations to secretary@pembervilleball.org - and you can still
do that if you want.
This year we are going to try letting you schedule your own practice
fields online.
You should have received an invitation in your email with a link to a
Google calender. There are 4 separate calenders - one for each of the
ball diamonds and one for the batting cage. Creating an event is
pretty simple - click on the date and time you want and fill in some
basic information. Please include the Coaches name in the event
description.
If you can recall what you signed up for at the coaches meeting please
fill it in on the online schedule.
A word of caution... Yes - you can blow away and move events other
coaches have scheduled - please don't do that. The calender does track
who made changes and I will get even :-)
A few other things that we need to know from you:
If you are a head coach and need keys for the storage building.
If you do not have equipment or are missing equipment.
Shirt colors (shirt / lettering) and Cap (color / brim / letter color)
if you did not tell us at the coaches meeting.
What color you want pants / socks to be I will put that on the website
(pants / socks are not supplied by PBSA).

I believe we have all of the dates on the practice schedules from the
coaches meeting.
Please check the schedules at http://www.pembervilleball.org to see that
your times are on the schedule. If you need assistance accessing the
schedule to make changes please let me know.
There are some conflicts over the batting cage. I'm not going to try
sorting that out - your on your own to work together on that.
Otherwise the schedule doesn't look too bad. I moved a couple of teams
to different fields to resolve a few conflicts.
On April 27th there are multiple conflicts between GU8 Smith, GU8
Graber, and BU10 Collins and possibly GU10 Hoodlebrink. Work it out
please. If Hoodlebrink wants to scrimmage with Hineline on the town
field that would allow BU8 Graber to use the TBall field that night.

I still need some information from coaches on uniform colors. If you
already indicated colors and they are not on the list below tell me
again - sorry.
If you don't tell me by Tuesday your getting purple and orange.
Lettering colors can be black, white or blue. Hats can have a cap
color, a brim color, and a logo color (the letter stitched on the
front). Visors are one color for the visor and one for the lettering.

Move Coach Graber over to the T-Ball Field that is were this
team goes and put him on for Tuesday the 28, they are practicing on
Tues. the last 2 weeks. I have sent out my Practice Schedules already.
