Subject: [Pbsacoaches] PBSA Coaches Meeting Reminder - Tuesday March 18th 7:00PM

The PBSA Coaches meeting will be held at 7:00pm on Tuesday March 18th at 
Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Pemberville.

Please plan on attending or having one of your assistant coaches attend 
to select teams and pick up equipment.

You may also sign up for practice fields at the meeting.

This year we have enough kids for:

2 TeeBall (can use more players if you know anyone who didn't sign up)
1 U8 Girls (16 kids - find 4 more and we can have 2 teams)
2 U8 Boys
2 U10 Girls
2 U10 Boys
1 U12 Girls (14 kids - need quite a few to make another team)
1 U12 Boys
2 U14 Girls (combined with Luckey)

The list of teams and players is online at

The current practice schedule can also be found on the website.  The 
paper books are not in the clubhouse yet and probably won't be until 
cleanup day.   If you want to add your practice times there is a link to 
send them to me on the webpage.

Please notify me of any changes to the rosters and/or spelling errors 
with respect to names.   I will be using the current lists when ordering 
so any spelling mistakes will also appear on the uniforms.   I will try 
to get a link to the suppliers website with the available colors so 
those that have not picked colors yet can let me know what you want.

If you have any special request with respect to uniform numbering please 
send those to me.

An Excel spreadsheet with the current player information is available 
for download:

As this file contains ages, cell numbers, addresses, etc. it is password 
protected to prevent google from displaying it to the world - the 
password is <redacted>

If you are unable to to open the file let me know and I can find another 
format for you.

Subject: [Pbsacoaches] Baseball / Softball Cleanup Day TODAY (3/29) at 10:00am

We got up there, we found all the garbage in there, and we decided it'd be
a friendly gesture for us to take the garbage down to the city dump.  So
we took the half a ton of garbage, put it in the back of a red VW
microbus, took shovels and rakes and implements of destruction and headed
on toward the city dump.   -- Arlo Guthrie

Let's hope it's a little less than a 1/2 ton of garbage.

Please help us get the fields in shape for ball season today at 10:00
